We like feedback and want to hear the opinion of our customers. In fact, we regularly survey how our clients feel and ask them to score us. We use the widely recognised system of ‘Consumer Satisfaction Score’ or CSAT.

CSAT involves simple questions, with the response placed on a scale, typically ranked from very poor to very good. The sum of everyone’s responses allows an overall score.

Importantly, clients respond to our survey anonymously. This allows a more ‘honest’ appraisal.

By monitoring how people feel about us, we like to think that clients are getting the attention and personal service they deserve.

Here is some of the feedback arising from our last major client survey completed in 2023.

Of the clients who responded to our survey:

96% said Professional Assured offered value for money financial planning.

100% said Professional Assured definitely or probably offered a good service.

100% were either very satisfied or satisfied with Professional Assured.
